The regular meetings of the Dublin Town Council shall be the third Thursday of the month. The time and place for the regular meetings of the Town Council shall begin at 7:00pm, in the Council Chamber on the second floor of the Dublin Town Center, 101 Dublin Park Road, Dublin, Virginia.
