*You MUST enter your name as it appears on the bill.
*Utility payments, reconnect fees, real estate tax, personal property tax payments MUST have the account number associated with account.
*If you pay your utility payment after the 20th of the month, you will need to add the 10% late penalty to the amount of bill.
*If your utility payment is for disconnection of service because of non-payment, you MUST pay the reconnect fee of $60.00 in addition to the bill amount to have service re-instated. If payment is made after 2pm, service will be re-instated on the next working business day.
